This three-bedroom bungalow with guest house, in the center of Edgartown, has plenty of living space with a den, large open living room, and dining with room-sun room seating. The well-stocked kitchen just steps to the deck and down to the slate patio. The first-floor bedroom wing holds three bedrooms in the main house. Cross the private fenced backyard to the guest house, where the fourth bedroom with private bath offers privacy from the main house. Rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower after a day at one of several near-by beaches. There is central air conditioning in the main house and a window unit to accommodate the guest house. Just two and a half blocks from downtown Main Street, experience quaint summer rambles around town to check out the shops, galleries and restaurants; maybe opt for an ice cream cone while you stroll. Garage for owner use only. Off--street parking for two vehicles in tandem.

Sunny and perfect location
This house is one of our favorites in Edgartown because of its superb location and it?s sunny, spacious layout. The separate cottage with 1BR & bath worked perfectly for our family and the sunroom was our favorite gathering spot. Lots of windows, good airflow, and cleanliness were great especially during this pandemic time. The owners have thought of EVERYthing you might need and provided it. Excellent kitchen supplies and utensils, lots of games, books, movies, beach chairs, First aid kit, etc.. A small detail but we appreciated that they left more than 1 roll of TP and paper towels. Vinyl floors were practical and easy to sweep. We will be back!

Great House!
We?ve been renting houses all over the island for the last 20 years. This house was one of the best. The location was outstanding; only a couple of blocks into downtown Edgartown! It was so nice to walk into town to shop or after dinner to get ice cream from Mad Martha?s. The house was spacious, and stocked with games and books. We will definitely be back!
