Annie is a licensed Real Estate agent that came to Sandpiper in 2007 as an assistant to the Principal Broker. After working to oversee the many details involved in marketing property listings, and completing sales transactions, Annie moves on to work as an independent rental agent. She brings to her position extensive knowledge of the history, and people of the vineyard.

Annie is a 2002 graduate of the Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School and most recently of Fisher College. She is a board member of the Martha’s Vineyard Women’s Network, a professional organization providing continuing business education, and networking opportunities to women on Martha's Vineyard.

As a true native of Martha’s Vineyard, Annie was raised in West Tisbury and now resides in Edgartown with her Husband Jake, a licensed electrician working for the family business Sylvia Electric. He is also a volunteer firefighter, and an EMT for the town of Edgartown..
