Courtney has been with Sandpiper Realty, Inc. since 1997 and is a licensed broker. In addition to her considerable expertise in the sales industry, she assumed responsibility for agency oversight in 2004 and has been instrumental in keeping the agency on the cutting edge of real estate trends and marketing.

Originally a Connecticut native, Courtney was a fifth generation summer resident of Oak Bluffs, providing her with a good historical base of island knowledge. She currently resides in Vineyard Haven with her husband and two sons.

Courtney is a member of the Women's Council of Realtors, the Martha's Vineyard Women's Network and is on the Board of Directors for Martha's Vineyard Youth Hockey. She is a past member of the Vineyard YMCA's Membership Committee and also donated time to fundraising endeavors for the Gate Child Development Center and affordable housing efforts on the Vineyard.
