Rosalie joined Sandpiper Rentals, Inc. in 1999 after holding many positions with one of the largest printing companies, Quebecor World - Infiniti Graphics, for 24 years. In addition to being Manager of Finance and Vice President of Human Resources she was also a member of the Board of Directors and a trustee of the Employee Stock Ownership Trust.

Rosalie's history on the island dates back to 1983 when after vacationing on the island for many years, she and her family built a summer home in Edgartown. Along with members of her immediate family, she also owned a successful Bed and Breakfast in Vineyard Haven for 10 years. She and her husband moved from Connecticut, making a full-time commitment to the island in 2000. Rosalie has volunteered many hours of her time to help the affordable housing causes (Habitat for Humanity, Houses on the Move) on the island.
