Anne  began her real estate career in 1995 when she first started working for Sandpiper Rentals under the tutelage of Sharon Purdy as a Sales Assistant. After five years Anne decided to make the switch to full-time rental agent in 2001. Always working towards bettering herself, and the company, Anne accepted the position of Rental Manager in January of 2008. With over 15 years of experience Anne purchased the company in 2011. Since then, Anne has expanded the business, representing over 500 homes on Martha’s Vineyard and hiring six full time agents. Anne epitomizes the values and philosophy of Sandpiper by providing outstanding service to both landlords and tenants alike.

Anne is a mother of two and strongly involved in many community efforts throughout the Island. Her interests include knitting, paddleboarding, skiing and much more.

Sandpiper Rentals, Inc, the leading vacation rental company on Martha’s Vineyard, is excited to announce that our properties will be featured on the TV show Sweet Retreats airing on July 21, at 7:30 pm on the Live Well network.

Sweet Retreats is a TV show where each week host Rene Syler “helps travelers find the perfect locations for their family getaways, girls’ retreats and more.” On July 21, Rene is traveling to the iconic Martha’s Vineyard where she will help best friends, Bethany and Jessica, find the perfect vacation rental home for Jessica and her bridesmaids to celebrate Jessica and her upcoming nuptials.

Introducing Sandpiper’s New Check-In Kiosk at Cronig’s Market

Sandpiper is excited to announce that we are expanding!  We have opened our customer service kiosk in Cronig’s Market in Vineyard Haven.

We are striving to provide higher quality service for our landlords and tenants who are located in Vineyard Haven, West Tisbury, Oak Bluffs, and up-island, the ability to pick up check-in packets in Vineyard Haven the day of arrival, rather than driving to Edgartown.

 

For convenience Sandpiper Rentals has also added an ipad with our website so interested parties can easily browse inventory and get to know about renting on Martha’s Vineyard.  Look for us in Cronig’s Market, Vineyard Haven.
