Most every room in the house has a water-view. Three bedrooms are in the main living area of the house and the fourth bedroom with its own bathroom is at the end of the house with access to the deck. This property has its own dock which can hold up to a 37' boat. The depth at the end of the dock is 10'. It also has its own mooring, which can hold up to a 47' boat. It is truly a wonderful way to enjoy your time on Martha's' Vineyard away from it all.
