Very Nice Rental
Overall very happy with our rental property. Wasn’t exactly luxury, but was clean enough and well appointed. Had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Just far enough from Edgartown center, but a short drive away and also a short drive to South Beach. Walkable to both the Katama General Store and to the Katama Kitchen, which was a great place for breakfast. For the price, we would have expected a few more amenities. For instance, the were a few cards missing from the decks and the board games were essentially non-existent, but not a big deal. We would definitely consider staying there again next year. Adequate
The house was clean enough. But overall felt bare. TV was nonexistent, house manager tried to fix and was very friendly but it just didn’t work. Don’t mind streaming svcs, but the system wasn’t set up and didn’t have the wifi to support it. Furnishings were fine but nothing extra - not an extra pillow, blanket etc. location was the best about the house - both close to the beach and close to town.
