Ascend to the king primary en suite with a roomy sitting area with tv and a slider to your own private deck. Descend to the lower level where you will find a separate guest suite. This lower level includes a large tv room with a bedroom and full bath. All rooms lead outdoors, which is where you will spend most of your day! Expansive outdoor deck space with beautiful landscaping and a hot tub. Cul de sac setting, yet a little under a mile to South Beach.

A Stay That Exceeded Expectations
This lovely, recently renovated property provided exactly the beauty and warmth our family dreamed of when we decided Martha’s Vineyard would be our Summer’s vacation escape for 2022. The home was spacious, lovely, and up-graded with every home amenity we could have asked for. The grounds-keeper, Jerry was responsive and professional when asked to address the minor concerns experienced with the property, which assured our pleasant stay.
