Serene. The moment you turn down the drive, you are just transformed to a different place. The lush trees form a canopy above, as you amble down the driveway to the house, just on the water's edge. The style is a nod to the old Vineyard - the greatest amenity is the ocean around you. As you step into the house, and into the living room with vaulted ceilings, the water virtually unfolds before your eyes, with 180-views from Katama Harbor to Edgartown Harbor, Chappaquiddick and beyond. The design and grandiose feel make you realize that this is the heart of the house. Water views carry on through the kitchen and dining area, as well as the master suite, which lies at the opposite end of the house, off of the entry way, with an ensuite bath and adjoining room with twin bed. A second bedroom is just off of the living area with a pair of twin beds and shared hall bath. The second floor, accessed by staircase off of the kitchen, includes a large, open bedroom with queen bed and petite twin bedroom. Main House: 2100-square feet in total. The guesthouse is some 200-yards away and offers 1500-square feet of privacy, with three additional bedrooms, kitchen living area and bathroom. The expansive deck, spacious parking, private beach and unparalleled sense of serenity make this vacation home one like no other.
