This home is in a prime location for the annual fireworks and Illumination night which are held every August. It has two front decks for an ideal viewing spot for you and your guests. Inside is a long front to back living space of living room, dining, kitchen and two first floor bedrooms - one en suite. BR1 is the only location with AC. The second floor supplies the remaining three bedrooms with a hall bathroom and access to the upper deck. The beauty of this location is also knowing you are just moments to the beach, shops, restaurants, the ferry's, boardwalk, theater and harbors. As we know...parking is at a premium in Oak Bluffs, but this owner offers overnight parking along Ocean Park for one vehicle with a special permit. Because there is not off street parking with this rental, the owner provides one parking permit for tenants. This permit is placed on your windshield during your rental, allowing for overnight parking around the park. Parking around the park is on a first come first serve basis and non-designated.
