Come home from South Beach, which is approximately .5 miles away with the bike path just minutes from the property, and wind down after a day in the sunshine. Enjoy the outdoor space, both in the front and back, with an enclosed shower, grill and plenty of room for outdoor dining, lounging, and ample room for any outdoor yard game. Spend lovely Vineyard evenings relaxing on the front farmers porch, the large back deck, or the screened-in porch. The Katama area is a beach suburb of Edgartown village, which is approximately 2.5 miles away. There is Central AC throughout house with the exception of the bedroom above the garage.

Our Favorite Rental
This house is by far our favorite vacation rental. Very well-appointed, has everything you'd want, and they even added central air recently. We hope to continue returning to it summer after summer.
