Approximately 3 miles from the landing toward the MyToi Gardens and the The Trustees of Reservations (beach area) you will reach your destination with its expansive front, side and back yards (partially fenced in). Inside you will be overwhelmed by its splendor of high ceilings and exposed beams. Well equipped, well-built and exquisitely maintained home. Plenty of first floor living space consisting of kitchen, dining, living, master suite, sun room and screened porch with access to the back deck with plenty of outdoor furniture for dining and entertaining.
