Full of natural light throughout, this four bedroom main, one bedroom guesthouse is close to the village of Edgartown. The main house includes central A/C with a supplemental mini split in the guest house to keep everyone cool and comfortable. Hardwood flooring throughout each room except for the additional family room in the lower level. There is one bedroom on the first floor and a hall bathroom, additional bedrooms on the second floor with a shared hall bathroom. The main level has an open floor plan concept with the family room, dining room and kitchen that all surround the large flat screened TV and fireplace. For your added convenience there are two sets of washer dryers, linens provided, and beach chairs. Plenty of off street parking for three vehicles.
