Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms with two bathrooms. The separate guesthouse features two additional bedrooms with AC window units, perfect for accommodating extra guests. Outstanding!
We were so happy with our rental at 103 School Street. The house and cottage were beautiful, comfortable and so well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We never unpacked a few things we brought with us because they already had them available to us. These items were Nespresso machines in both house and cottage, corn hole, bikes, beach towels, paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, hand soap, dish soap and dishwasher soap and the list goes on! The house and cottage were also spotless! The location is a perfect walk into town with easy access to the bike path. It is also a very quiet neighborhood.
