This six bedroom in town Edgartown home, off of North Summer Street is in great proximity to all you need while vacationing on the spectacular island of Martha's Vineyard. You will enjoy the traditional floor plan with an open kitchen and lounge area at the back of the house that spills to the side deck and yard. All bedrooms are located on the second and third floor, away from the social rooms of the first floor. Since this home can accommodate a lot of people, you will find ample living spaces for everyone to enjoy comfortably, from its front living space with additional lounge seating to the wonderful dining area for family meals. There is A/C for second and third floors, nothing on first floor, though there is a fan in the sunroom. By staying in the village of Edgartown you gain the ease of walking to all shops, restaurants, galleries and the harbor. The in town beaches are Fuller Street and Lighthouse which are extremely picturesque with views of Katama harbor and Chappaquiddick any time of the day. If you would like to venture approximately two miles out of the village via shuttle bus, bike, vehicle or walking, our infamous south beach and state beaches await your exploration.
