Stayed for a week with extended family. Youngest were teenagers. Used outside patio table often. The flowers in the backyard were beautiful. Parking was tight but there was a field directly across the street where you can park. Outside shower was a must from coming back from the beach. Sunroom was biggest room. Nicely appointed with a trundle daybed at one end. Definitely priced well.
