Experience quaint summer rambles around town to check out the shops, galleries and restaurants; maybe opt for an ice cream cone while you stroll. Just a few minutes drive to some of the best beaches the island has to offer - South Beach with great surf or State Beach with quiet waves and a bike path along the full length of the beach leading to Oak Bluffs. The house has plenty of living space with a large open living room and dining room/sun porch combination with sliding door out to the deck and down to the slate patio. Summer living with a well stocked kitchen for a quiet family dinner or a vibrant gathering on the deck and patio. The comfortable den has a TV and DVD player. The bedroom wing holds three bedrooms in the main house with the fourth located in the guest house located behind and separate from the main house. There is central air conditioning in the main house and a window unit to accommodate the guest house. The fenced backyard offers an enclosed outdoor shower and off street parking for two vehicles in tandem. Garage for owner use only.

Great House!
We’ve been renting houses all over the island for the last 20 years. This house was one of the best. The location was outstanding; only a couple of blocks into downtown Edgartown! It was so nice to walk into town to shop or after dinner to get ice cream from Mad Martha’s. The house was spacious, and stocked with games and books. Sunny and perfect location
This house is one of our favorites in Edgartown because of its superb location and it’s sunny, spacious layout. The separate cottage with 1BR & bath worked perfectly for our family and the sunroom was our favorite gathering spot. Lots of windows, good airflow, and cleanliness were great especially during this pandemic time. The owners have thought of EVERYthing you might need and provided it. Excellent kitchen supplies and utensils, lots of games, books, movies, beach chairs, First aid kit, etc.. A small detail but we appreciated that they left more than 1 roll of TP and paper towels.
