The first floor includes a full bathroom with shower/tub combo, a bedroom with a queen bed and deck access and a home office with a twin bed. The second and third bedroom are located upstairs, one with a queen bed, and one with a full bed with a twin daybed. Upstairs is also has full bathroom with shower stall. The back deck has a table and a grill perfect for outdoor dining. Washer and dryer are in the basement. Beach access is just a few minuets away. Perfect location half-way between Edgartown and Katama.
