We loved 36 Hamblen Way! It was a great home full of comfort. Each bedroom is well appointed and delivers relaxation. The kitchen is modern and easy to use. The back deck is spacious and welcoming. And the heated pool was the icing on the cake! Also, one might think having the owner nearby as oppressive but it was quite the opposite. She answered questions, washed sheets during the week and was a wonderful yet distant host. Great experience!

This is a comfortable, somewhat tired, rental with plenty of space for a family of four+. Bedrooms have comfy beds but no darkening shades so the sun pours in very early. Note the primary bedroom on the second floor has a primary bathroom within and is the only one on the floor, so unless you want other people coming through the primary, they have to use the second bathroom downstairs. The a/c works better downstairs and there are fans in each bedroom to help keep cool. A few new upgrades like a new grill and stove. We had to ask for pool rafts and beach chairs and got one raft and one chair so plan to bring your own to really enjoy the pool and beach (and basketball too since there is a net just feet away but no ball) Plenty of towels though. We stayed at a peak time and this property was very expensive, more so than others we have rented on the island, probably because of the pool. Expected more

We just returned from spending a week in this very comfortable home. The back deck and pool surrounded by nice plantings and mature trees were the highlights for us. Weekly spraying meant no mosquitos, so we could sit outside well into the evening. The inside was equally as comfortable. All in all, we were very pleased with this rental.
