The rental property is in a great location very close to a bus stop ad bike path on a very quiet infrequently traveled road. One can enjoy the birds singing without traffic noise. The house has a big deck with quality furniture that includes a grill, table, umbrella, and chairs for outdoor dinning as well as lounge furniture for sun bathing. It was very clean and the renter does not have to pay a house cleaning fee and deposit. The house cleaning fees charged by other landlords are a rip off. I am a well bred person that leaves every house that I rent immaculate and resent outrageous house cleaning fees charged by most MVY landlords. Additionally, the house is spacious with a nice den, four bedrooms, plenty of sky lights that provide light that is helpful for people suffering from depression and SIDS. This house is a bargain and reasonably priced. Most MVY rentals are generally ridiculously overpriced.
