The YMCA and high school are just .5 miles away. There is easy access to the island transportation and the bike path. This is a very affordable rental home, especially if you enjoy the simplicity of all that Martha's Vineyard has to offer.

Great house for extended Family. Great location. VERY clean and neat. Lots of parking. Easy access to all down island towns and beaches. Deck is great for grilling and eating out. House was a really good value. Only minor comment is that they could use a few more lamps in the living room. Highly recommend.
