We had never been to Chappy and rented this to gain some peace and quiet after a busy summer. That's exactly what we got. We brought bikes (good, flat biking around the island) and kayaks (some very protected coves for flatwater kayaking) and lots of books. Well-stocked kitchen, absolutely amazing great room with fireplace, cozy bedrooms, easy-on-easy-off the island for grocery shopping, we set up our hammock and relaxed and napped and read and cooked. Owner incredibly responsive and helpful. We explored beaches and trails, and I hope we get back there again for another restful and fun week or 2.
