Great location with easy access to all the beaches. Lovely quiet spot to enjoy the water views with bird life and walks along the quiet beach on Katama bay.

Beautiful location, comfortable house
We enjoyed our stay. The house is simple (which is what we like), and comfortable and well-equipped, especially the kitchen, and it was great to have a washer and dryer. The best part is the proximity to Katama Bay and also to the Trustee property at Wasque (trails and ocean beach). Sitting on the deck and watching and listening to the many, many August birds over the Bay and on the shore was wonderful. We were initially worried about the summer heat since the house does not have air conditioning, but the breezes from the bay/ocean kept us cool. We hope to return!

Lovely cottage
Loveliest setting on the prettiest part of Katama Bay. Close to the water with beautiful sunsets. Paula was great to work with.
