ALL rentals will INCLUDE a private mooring buoy ~ 150 yards off its beached frontage with a low tide depth of ~ 7'. Two-week minimum booking period.

If you are looking to get away from it all, and experience Martha?s Vineyard as it once was, this is the place. You have amazing waterviews, and a great screened porch to enjoy them. That is what this place is really about. The beach is just a bit down the path and its secluded. We saw almost only maybe 4 other families over the 7 days we stayed there, along the whole length of beach. During low tide you can swim to the sandbar, explore the estuaries. It?s a very safe place for kids as there is almost no waves and super temperate waters. You absolutely need a car, and know that for getting anything you will need to take the chappy ferry. This is a summer cottage so bring a sweater as days can get a bit warm but nights cool off quite a bit. The mattresses are a bit firm that backsleepers like, but pillows were provided so my side sleeper husband was able to get comfy. This place is about location, views, and great secluded beach access. I loved it.
