Once you've crossed over the "On Time" ferry, you've arrived to your peaceful vacation destination. This property is less then 300 yards to Katama Bay and a short distance to the south shore beach. Impeccably maintained inside and out, not to disappoint.

lovely home
This is a great home! Lots of space! the layout and the placement of the furniture added even more space. Internet was spotty and we would have loved to stream shows. I used my hotspot a lot for work purposes, but it was a challenge. The sandy road down to the bay is a 5 minute walk, and the beach is amazing! sandy not rocky like north. Beds were comfortable! Kitchen was stocked! we would have booked again but we have a puppy dog with us this year. Paula Peters is my go to! Sandpiper is always the best!

Great Chappy Vacation Home
Our family loved our stay at this beautiful home. Great location, awesome view, super clean and a well-appointed kitchen and living space. The owner was lovely and responsive and Paula Peters at Sandpiper rentals was wonderful to deal with. Already booked for Summer of 2023!
