Perfect Rental
We recently stayed at this house in Chappaquiddick and it exceeded all of our expectations! The property is fantastic?newly built, beautifully decorated and impeccably clean.. The layout was great for our large group.. Very well equipped with all amenities (probably the nicest outdoor shower I've ever seen). Great water views from the second floor deck . Wonderful place for a morning cup of coffee If you?re looking for a spacious, well-appointed home in Chappaquiddick, this is a great option.

Perfect for a multi-generation gathering
We stayed in this beautiful place for our son's September wedding that was taking place nearby. We had grandchildren, grandparents, and young adults, and it was perfect for the group. Lots of bathrooms and places to hang out (especially stargazing on the roof deck). We were able to cook, entertain, relax, and watch sunsets (and sunrises) easily as the house is well equipped and very comfortable. Things we especially loved: The outdoor shower, the roof deck, the huge bathrooms and closets, the baby equipment, the proximity to beaches, the ease of check-in, how clean it was, and the great internet. Suggestions for (VERY) minimal improvement: a couple of umbrellas on the deck and an 11 o'clock check-out :-). Judy at Sandpiper was awesome to work with!

Great house in a great location. Large bedrooms and closets, plenty of living space and awesome screened in porch. High end kitchen and laundry. Minutes from beaches and Edgartown, yet completely private and secluded. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay on Chappy or in Edgartown.

Luxurious family-friendly stay on Chappy
Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this luxurious Chappy accommodation. Usually we are ready to get home after a week away but it was truly hard to leave. The home is spacious and inviting with thoughtful touches including en suite baths for every bedroom and a well-appointed high end kitchen. The screened porch was a favorite spot for meals and watching the local wildlife. We are already planning to return next summer!

Beautiful new four bedroom home on Chappaquiddick. It easily accommodates eight with plenty of room for all and has a large screened eating porch. It is well appointed with high end amenities and a well stocked kitchen. A second floor deck offers ocean views.
