Located far enough from the main road to be quiet and relaxing but convenient to the Chappy Ferry and Chappaquiddick Community Center. The kitchen, dining, and living rooms are separated from the two primary king suites, by an extra sitting area. Each room has access to the expansive decks. The second floor loft provides a place to play games as well as additional sleeping space. Just across the full length back deck, is the two bedroom guest house with its own bathroom. Enjoy one of the two outdoor showers after a day at the beach. Explore the neighboring Sheriff's Meadow trail. This vacation gem offers something for everyone.

Happy on Chappy!
Great family vacation on Chappy- The layout of the house was great- the detached 2 bedroom 'cottage' was perfect for teenagers. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked. Having linens provided is an amazing plus for us. The location to the ferry is convenient. One of my favorite things about this house is the proximity to the land preserve trails! There are so many on the island and you can access them just steps from the driveway. Thayer and the Sandpiper staff were also super kind and lovely to communicate with- thank you!

Wonderful - relaxing stay
I was lucky enough to spend two weeks at this beautiful property with my in-laws! We enjoyed our stay for a few reason in particular: the home layout is fantastic, the amount of privacy offered, and the distance to the ferry was unbeatable! The beds were comfortable, the outdoor furniture was a great touch. My favorite part of the house was the outdoor shower!! We enjoyed lots of coffee on the deck(s) in the morning while listening to the bird chirp! I recommend this rental to anyone looking to make life long memories! Thank you! Alex

Magical Chappy House
We loved this house! Plenty of space for two families. House is beautiful and also functional - one of the best-stocked kitchens I have ever found on a rental! Beds were incredibly comfortable. We had so many great nights on the deck. Perfect location has the secluded feel of Chappy but the ferry and beach are a quick bike ride away. Owners were incredibly responsive to the one issue we had. Loved it and hope to return!
