This dramatic home offers 360-degree views of Chappaquiddick with all the drama of spectacular evening sunsets and sparkling distant views of Katama Bay and Nantucket Sound beyond from the deck. The main house offers lovely, reverse-style living with the kitchen, living room, dining room, principal bedroom, and Jacuzzi bath upstairs, and three bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs. The Carriage house above the garage provides additional privacy with a queen bed, a twin bed, and a private full bath. Enjoy entertaining in the open and fully-equipped kitchen, living, and dining area with an expansive upper deck. Extra refrigerator/freezer and ice maker (in the basement). The lower-level bedrooms have access to a second full wrap-around deck with a deluxe teak hammock, teak table, and chairs. There are two outdoor showers. Indoor and outdoor games provided. Propane BBQ on the upstairs deck, and a portable BBQ for beach excursions, along with beach chairs and umbrellas. An excellent home for the multi-generational family. Large yard for a rousing game of Croquet or Corn Hole. A short walk down Pocha Road leads to beautiful nature paths and Katama Bay, and is less than a mile to the Dyke Bridge, East Beach, and Wasque Beach. Chappy WISP supplies Internet service in both the main house and the Carriage house. This Chappaquiddick estate is an excellent rental for the perfect Martha's Vineyard vacation!

Great place
Beautiful well built home, great for large families. We brought my father, his caregiver, my friend's family and our own - everyone fit perfectly no one felt like they were left out or shorted. Great common spaces and yet the property is loaded with private locations throughout so everyoine can carve their little space to enjoy Chappy. Located very near kayak/dinghy launch for Katama Bay and at an epicenter for the Chappy hiking and mountain biking trails. 5 minute drive to the CCC tennis courts and the ferry to Edgartown. Arriving by ferry to Oak Bluffs you may feel like you just arrived in a city, but once you get out to this part of MV, youll know youre home on a remote windswept island.

A lovely place to stay
We have rented many vacation properties and this was one of the best. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the house is beautiful and gracious in every detail. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked with any cookware you might need. I think what I loved the most was how much light there was, with windows on all sides of the main living space. There is a small view of the ocean. You don't see or hear any other homes. I appreciated that they provided the linens. Our family hopes to stay at this lovely home again!

Perfect Property for a Family of 10
This was our 5th year at 12 Jason Drive. The house is well laid out, very well stocked and maintained. The great room upstairs has wonderful light with an outside deck that has a view of the ocean. There are 2 outdoor showers and a great yard for outdoor activities.
