This cozy and comfortable home is located on a quiet side street in the Village, just a third of a mile from the shops and restaurants on Main Street. You can take strolls through the charming streets to grab your morning coffee or enjoy an evening meal after sipping drinks on the porch. The property is also within a short distance from the bike path that leads to South Beach. To keep cool during the summer months, air conditioning mini-splits are installed in all bedrooms, the living room, and the kitchen. For warmth on cooler off-season nights, a gas wood stove is available. The lovely backyard includes an enclosed outdoor shower, a gas grill, and a dining area. Additionally, off-street parking is provided for two vehicles.

Property was extremely well equipped with everything you could ever need. The house perfectly clean when we checked in. Also everything was in walking distance. Even though we were probably the first renters of the season everything was set up and in working order. No surprises. This is the third time staying in this property and each time has been a great experience.

Perfect location
This house has all you need, and was well equipped for a week at the beach. We had cool weather, so the lack of air conditioning was not an issue for us but we got lucky with a cool breeze. To be able to walk into Edgartown was great for us.

LOVED IT!
WE LOVED OUR STAY IN THIS ADORABLE BEACH HOUSE. THE HOUSE WAS WELL EQUIPPED AND PERFECT FOR OUR FAMILY OF 5. WALKING DISTANCE TO TOWN WAS AN ABSOLUTE GAME CHANGER FOR US! WILL BE BACK!
