This property is just three blocks from downtown Edgartown, situated on a quiet lane with views of Sheriff's Meadow. The house features four bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, and a large living area with floor-to-ceiling windows that allow plenty of natural light. It also includes an entertainment center equipped with a TV, DVD player, and VCR, along with convenient access to an outdoor shower.

There are two primary bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed. One is on the first floor and has a hall bath, while the second is on the second floor and is en suite, featuring a separate tub and shower, as well as a balcony that offers a serene view of Sheriff's Meadow and Nantucket Sound. Additionally, for guests requiring more sleeping space, there is a third bedroom with three twin beds and a powder room.

A studio-style guest house is also available, which includes a double pull-out sleeper sofa and an en suite bathroom with a shower. All the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned.

Outside, there is a large stone patio with a gas grill and a picnic table. Renters will also have access to Black Point Beach in Chilmark, approximately a 40-minute drive to one of Martha's Vineyard's most beautiful private beaches. If you prefer not to drive, you can easily stroll down the street to the peaceful Fuller Street Beach and the Edgartown Lighthouse, which are just minutes away. There is off-street parking available for two vehicles.
