It?s a great location and the house is newly renovated. The only real issue we have as there were four of us (patents and 2 adult children). We found the living space a bit tight. I read on the listing sheet that it?s sleeps 8 or 10?? While there are plenty of beds to accommodate a large group, I can not see 10 people being able to function in this tight space. I think it?s nice for two people or perhaps a couple with two very small children, max. Because the house just began being rented by the owner, it wasn?t really stocked well with kitchen supplies and some necessity/staple other items. We did contact the owner because we couldn?t find vacuum and broom and he was very kind and very accommodating. I might come back if it is just me and my husband. The house was very clean upon arrival, by the way.
