Edgartown Katama 535

This immaculte light filled open floor plan home is well appointed and is ideally located between Edgartown and South beach. a trip to each easily accomplished by bike on the bike trails. The home is very updated, well maintained, crisp and well laid out with a beautiful deck on almost all sides of the home. there are two outside dining areas that you can pick from to balance the sun and wind for comfortable outside dining experience. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the first floor master and second floor guest bedroom have their own outside decks. The outside shower is well designed with a separate area to keep clothes dry and let the water come to comfortable temp prior to stepping in. This is in a very quiet location where the very few cars that pass through are less in number than the few walkers. The sun room is very well done;, and a very comfortable and a sun filled area to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Beach chairs, Bikes, and an outside bike rack were an appreciated bounus.

We have been renting on the Vineyard for years and had to change properties as our previous home rental was taken off the market. I was nervous about finding a home that we liked as much as the one we had rented for years in Katama. We loved this home. It was more spacious than we anticipated. We loved all of the options for areas to hang out - the deck, the screened in porch, and even the basement where we had some fierce ping pong matches. We LOVED having a second fridge in the basement - really made a difference. Location was great - biked into town in the morning and a short ride to beach. Air conditioning was super - appreciated that we could control temperature as needed. Neighborhood was very nice and very quiet. It was nice having access to beach chairs and we loved the bike rack that was available to us as well. The grill was top notch and we enjoyed cooking out and the large dining tables on the deck. We would definitely recommend this home to others.

This is a cheerful, bright, sunny home which was great last year, and phenomenal this year - the new screened in porch is fantastic! We love staying at 19 Pulpit and creating great memories. It?s the perfect amount of all the amenities, but comfortable and welcoming - just what we need to relax. Thank you for another great year!

This house, in the lovely, peaceful area of Edgartown Estates, was wonderful for our family of four - parents and two young adult children.. It has all the amenities and accessories needed for an enjoyable stay. There's an efficient air-conditioning system whereby each room can be individually temperature-controlled. Kitchen super-equipped. Instead of a blender, there's a Vitamix! Two sets of silverware! - one more casual and one more refined! The grill is fantastic. TVs - sports fans will be thrilled. We watched the FIFA World Cup Matches for France (we're a french-american family) and enjoyed the French victory on a giant flat-screen TV in the living room.. The house is comfortable, pretty, easy. Some upgrades are in the pipeline but these were small details relative to the overall "package" of the home. It was a wonderful stay. - we felt like guests, not "tenants". Highly Reccommend!!!
