July-Aug. rental of contemporary home in Katama
House was adequate for myself and my family. The kitchen was well equipped but needs updating. Cabinets were hard to open, countertop hard to wipe down. It was good to have air conditioning and it was conveniently located close to S. Beach, Edgartown and Morning Glory Farm. Also the W. Tisbury Rd to get to the Farmers Market. Deck was pleasant but several chairs need. replacing. The long driveway was a challenge particularly when returning at night. Number sign was not always easy to see.

Very clean comfortable house
We travelled with our adult sons and while the house was well equipped with a spacious open living area the boys wished that the TV was in the main living area?. The outdoor shower was small and needed a new shower head that can be adjusted- it was only used once because of that.

Great location
We enjoyed this home for two weeks. House is conveniently located and on a quiet street. The home is consistent with the pictures. Very dated but clean and comfortable. No AC on the first floor but we found the two upstairs units adequately cooled the whole house...perhaps a bit warm for the downstairs bedrooms at night. Overall, we'd recommend this house to others.

Last minute opportunity! Quiet & Serene
The view of the trees from the house is beautiful. Quiet, peaceful and private on a private road. Loft level space is nice, comfy and AC cool. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom are comfy but AC was needed on the hot nights. Close to Edgartown and minutes from Oak Bluffs. Beaches nearby too. Great area to walk. We would stay again!
