Inside, you'll find a first-floor bedroom with en suite bathroom, an open floor plan with a spacious living area furnished with comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV. First floor also offers a hlaf bath to guests with a washer and dryer. The second floor features two additional bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Dining area on first floor leads out to deck with outside seating and charcoal grill. As a bonus, this neighborhood offers two association tennis courts for your enjoyment. Driveway fits two vehicles comfortably.

Do NOT add AC!
To the owners: please please please do not add AC! I fear if you do the price will go up. People needing AC can rent elsewhere- this is one of the very few affordable houses available on MV and as a single mother I really appreciate that. Love love love this house. For anyone who is fine with a no-frills house in a great location this one is for you. The deck is fabulous and the kitchen has everything you might need. Quiet street. House is immaculate. Having linens there is also a huge bonus. Thank you for another fabulous MV vacation - my 6th year in a row in your house and I plan to come back for the next 50 years~

Wonderful Rental
This place is virtually perfect: The house is in a great location (i.e., easy to get to the beach); it has everything you need (e.g., nice linens and towels, extra household items, great WiFi, etc.); and it has a great layout, with a very private second floor. The furnishings are a bit dated, but are charming in their way, and the house may benefit from A/C, but, overall, the house is delightful and extremely comfortable. We will likely rent it again next year..

What a pleasant home !
As an ongoing Vineyarder since 1996, I love to alternate places to stay so that my loved ones and friends may experience something new every time. Rarely do I seek lodging at the same location. This home can possibly be one of the few that I may request again. Especially if air condition unit are added to the property. Overall, I had another wonderful experience in The Vineyard. This beautiful home was indeed a valued part of the experience.
