What?s not to like?
The entire house is 100% new, with a great decor throughout. The kitchen was fully stocked, everything worked, there was nothing you needed, that the kitchen did not have. The pool was Disney land for the kids. They lived in it. Perfect for after the beach and end of day. The outside was beautifully landscaped and maintained just as importantly. A very short distance to Morning Glory and the the bike path to Edgartown or West Tisbury and Acquinnah going the other way. Or hop on Meeting House Road for a back way to the Katama Airfield and South Beach without going into Edgartown. The Island Grove community is wonderful. Quiet, nice homes, perfect for running, walking, strollers and biking, including the kids. Big finished basement but only a sectional and a ping pong table so not very kid friendly. It could be if it had a play area with toys etc. , but that was about the only misgiving I had. I guess they could create more sleeping arrangements if they put double single beds and or bunk beds vs. just queen beds. But now I?m being picky. House was great, hands down great.

Great summer holiday
