The three-bedroom main house includes newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms, an open kitchen, dining, and living area which opens to the second-story deck overlooking the water. Bedrooms are on the upper and lower levels. The three-bedroom guest house is across the lawn, just beyond the pool area, with two separate entrances for those who seek the utmost in privacy. AC IN MAIN HOUSE ONLY. Split units in bedrooms, living room of main house. Freestanding AC units in Guest House. Please note that although the home is on the water, the beach is not useable. Mooring available, great for small boats (provided they pass under Big Bridge on State Road).

Wonderfully quiet spot with beautiful views.
Myself and my two daughters and their families enjoyed this property immensely! It did not disappoint. The location was wonderful with beautiful views and oh, so quiet. We Loved it. We rented kayaks and a paddle board for the inlet as well as used the pool and of course, went to the beach.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property!
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The quiet surroundings made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The view was absolutely stunning—we spent most of our time out on the deck just taking it all in. The house itself was well appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy and very comfortable, and the pool was a great bonus. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and would happily return!
