Association tennis courts, fresh pond frontage and access to saltwater pond that leads out to the Vineyard Sound. Your vacation begins the moment you enter the property with an updated kitchen, lovely views of the freshwater pond and comfortable living. This home offers multi levels with the primary suite on the main living floor, a loft area on the upper floor with an en suite queen bedroom and sitting area. The lower level is perfect to get away from the fray with a sitting area and two bedrooms with access to a hall bathroom. Mosey out to a patio and outside shower and path down to the pond. The air conditioning is a combination of central air and a split unit. The upper decks are perfect for capturing our refreshing summer breezes. All in all a perfect Martha's Vineyard vacation option.
