Located on over three acres of conservation land with views of Sengekontacket Pond and seconds away from Farm Neck Golf course...three bedrooms two bathrooms, two kitchens, and outdoor back deck - a great way to spend your time on Martha's Vineyard. Two of the bedrooms are on the main living floor and the lower level offers one bedroom with a pullout sofa, kitchen area with washer and dryer and access to the patio where you can use the gas grill. There is plenty of room for parking in or in front of the two-car garage. If you are a cyclist you are just steps to the bike path. Easy drive to Oak Bluffs center and approx. 3 miles+/- to Edgartown Village.

Our stay
We LOVE this home. We have stayed here for 4-5 straight years. Each year we come back there are new and exciting renovations and the Art work. The back deck is just amazing. We bring our own linens but other than that the house has everything you need. Bikes, games, puzzles. Centrally located between OB, Downtown Edgartown and Vineyard Haven. We just love it and will book again for next summer!

Wonderful Week
This was a wonderful house where we spent our MV vacation ! The view is spectacular from every room. Every amenity was available and we took advantage of a lot of it with company changing almost daily! The basement living area was perfect for our son and wife and toddler from Montana as they needed a quiet area for naps! The deck got very sunny during the day and an umbrella or canvas would make this awesome space. more comfortable and usable all day. We would have loved a picnic table on the grass as we spent a lot of time in the large yard running after a 2 year old! All in all we had a wonderful week in this beautiful house!

Nice Place
Waterview farm is very nice and scenic. I do wish there were more linens (missing bathmats and the like) and two of the bedrooms get fairly warm as there is one AC in the living room and basement. Overall solid stay and would recommend for the price.
