Modern and conveniently located but snug.
We have been coming to MV for five decades. This guest cottage is conveniently located in walking distance of major OB amenities - beaches, Circuit Avenue, campground, Arts District. The living space is snug, but benefits from a cathedral ceiling and a nice outdoor terrace. The kitchen is fine for simple cooking, not for preparation of more ambitious meals. Ordering in and eating out became our preferred options. Our stay would have benefitted from a manual describing how the lights, fans, and other amenities are operated. Some of these were it self-evident.

Wonderful stay
The place that I typically rent during my summer visits was sold leaving me scrambling to find a place. Then I came across this gem. This adorable guest house was the perfect size for two people and the perfect location. Quite easy to get to the harbor, Circuit Ave, Vineyard Haven and so many other places. It?s definitely a place that I would stay again during my summer visits.

Cute, cozy, close in and perfect for a couple
My husband and I were looking for a smaller place within walking distance to Circuit. This place was perfect. It was updated, had two bedrooms and two baths, a kitchen, an outdoor patio and a parking space. There are two parking spaces but one was taken by an unknown vehicle ( owners?) the entire time. This was fine with us as we only needed one space. The upper bedroom is an open loft so if a couple came with a child that would be fine. I think two couples might be cramped. This rental came with bed linen which was much appreciated. I would suggest a walkway from the guesthouse to Greenleaf for easier access to downtown. Walking through the dewy grass wasn?t pleasant but this is a very small thing. We would definitely stay here again. A couple of beach chairs would be nice also but I understand every place offers different things. Definitely a place to consider for a couple or friends looking for a small, attractive, updated, close in place.
