we have rented with Sandpiper over many years. We have to place this home high on our list. Newly renovated with a couple kinks to work out, but Sandpiper responded quickly. Overall, this is a perfect home for friends and family. we had a full house with 3 youngsters, 9,7,3. they loved the game room, but our favorite was sitting on the rocking chair porch watching the kids play on the large front lawn Central island location, safe neighborhood, and friendly neighbors. house is fully equipped with new decor and furnishings. we will be back, so dont rent this one when we want to.
