Melissa grew up on Martha's Vineyard, which attributes to her knowledge of the Vineyard substantially. She has worked at Sandpiper Rentals, Inc. since 1997 where she began her real estate career as a part-time administrative assistant eventually growing the position into a full-time management position and then transitioning into a licensed Real Estate Sales person. She was an asset to our office on the administrative level for a number of years providing exceptional service to our landlords and tenants and has continued this philosophy as a Realtor in the Rental department.

Melissa is known for developing quality working relationships with her clientele; relationships based on respect, integrity, and trust. She will go the extra mile for you and prides herself on taking the time to listen to your needs and find the perfect vacation rental property that will fill them.

Melissa is a member of the following groups: ePro, Board of Realtors, Habitat for Humanity of Martha’s Vineyard, PETA, MSPCA, and ARLB. Some of her personal interests include hiking in the mountains, Turner Classic movies, astronomy, and traveling. She has a daughter that graduated from Emerson College in Boston, who majored in Theatre Arts with an emphasis on Directing.
