This dramatic home offers 360 degree views of Chappaquiddick with all the drama of spectacular evening sunsets and sparkling distant views of Katama Bay and the Pacific Ocean beyond from the deck. The main house offers lovely, reverse-style living with the kitchen, living, dining room and principal bedroom and Jacuzzi bath upstairs, and three of the bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs. The Carriage house above the garage provides additional privacy with queen bed, twin bed and private full bath. Enjoy entertaining in the open and fully-equipped kitchen, living, and dining area with an expansive upper deck. Extra refrigerator/freezer and ice maker (in the basement). The lower-level bedrooms have access to a second full wrap-around deck with deluxe teak hammock, teak table and chairs. There are two outdoor showers. Indoor and outdoor games provided. Propane BBQ on the upstairs deck, and a portable BBQ for beach excursions, along with beach chairs and umbrellas. A great home for the multi-generational family. Large yard for a rousing game of Croquet or Corn Hole. Short walk to beautiful nature paths and Katama Bay, and less than a mile to the Dyke Bridge, East Beach and Wasque Beach. Internet service in both the main house and Carriage house is supplied by Chappy WISP. This Chappaquiddick estate is a wonderful rental for the perfect Martha's Vineyard vacation!
