The first floor features an open floor plan with updated kitchen and comfortable living space. The dining room spills onto a covered porch with ample dining and lounging space complete with a ceiling fan to keep you cool! From the porch you enter into a large backyard for any outdoor activity! Two of the three bedrooms are located on the first floor along with one full and one half bath and easy access to the enclosed outdoor shower. The third bedroom is on the second floor. The neighbor hood is on the bike path making it an easy trek into town (about two miles) or to State Beach about two and a half miles. Air conditioning is a combination of splits and window units. No smoking on the premises please.

The Perfect Summer Home!
From the moment we stepped in, we loved this home! It has such a light, airy feeling and the open floor plan is great for socializing while preparing meals. The home, especially the kitchen, is very well equipped. There was nothing we needed at all. It was also immaculate. (We're still trying to figure out how they dust above the beams!). We spent a lot of time on the veranda, just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful, quiet yard. It's a great walking neighborhood and we started every day with a walk around the circle. The location is convenient to the bus line and bike trails, as well as many beaches. It was the perfect summer get away for us and we will definitely be coming back again. This was a well appointed home with all of the necessary ingredients for a comfortable vacation. The open area first floor with sliding doors to the deck is exactly what is needed for enjoying time with family and freirnds ehikevthe bedroons were appropriately isolated for those who wanted to rest or freshen up.
