As you enter into the main part of the house, you are surrounded by elegant contemporary feel. With plenty of room for the family to stretch out there is a living room and a den on this level. Downstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The second level is comprised of two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. This location can't be beat as it is central to all of the down island towns and on the bike path. Plenty of off street parking on the circular driveway.

Wonderful stay at this house!
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house in the Outskirts of Edgartown. It had everything we needed and we felt right at home upon arrival. It was in a great location, far enough removed from the downtown of Edgartown so it was nice and quiet, with a big backyard, but close enough to get to anything we wanted to. Resort like comfort
A wonderfully spacious and smartly appointed home with top of the line amenities. The beautifully landscaped yard offers a gas fire pit and grill, we dined outdoors nightly. Terrific house, great location
Our family of 6 adults 3 young children had a fabulous time at 8 mockingbird, Home was nicely appointed updated and very comfortable. Great location convenient to everywhere on the island. The three season porch was especially enjoyable, not to mention the roomy backyard and fire pit. We had an issue with the gas grill which was immediately addressed and remedied, thanks to the caretaker Lou D’agostino! and to top that, my daughter in law left a priceless sentimental piece of jewelry behind and the housekeeping team are in the process of sending it back to her.! The Perfect House
We loved this house and Martha’s Vineyard as a whole. Our stay was truly wonderful. The home was perfect. We felt very comfortable right from the start. Perfect house for a family vacation!
Had a great time staying at this home with my family. It was in great condition and the photos are spot on. It was great because we could all be together in the open kitchen/ dining/ living room but people could find a quiet place other than their bedroom with the den, screened porch, or backyard.
