Two bedrooms share a hall bathroom of tub and shower and the primary is en suite with a separate tub and shower. All bedrooms and first floor are equipped with ductless air conditioning units. Newly cozy finished basement with large sectional, flat screen TV and games, great area for those rainy days. Short distance to The Boulevard where you will find the town landing to Sengekontacket Pond, great for kayaking and fishing. Just minutes away is the bus shuttle into any of the six towns on Martha's Vineyard. If you enjoy cycling the bike path is just up the street. Edgartown Village is approximately two miles away along with State Beach and toward the south side of Edgartown in the Katama borough is South Beach which is approximately four miles away. Off street parking for two vehicles in the driveway. Two week minimum.

This house had everything for our family!
We’ve been coming to MV(EDGARTOWN) for 29 years, this house is the best quipped for families. The triangle can be tough depending on the time of day, but bringing, or renting, a bicycle will fix that! We absolutely love this house. We have rented many house but this one is one of the best. So well appointed with everything you need. The kitchen is great. This house is everything and more than we could have asked for. It's more than just rental property, where just the bare minimums are provided.
