Conveniently located, this neighborhood provides proximity to Edgartown Village, Morning Glory Farm, access to up-island destinations, and is equidistant to South Beach, State Beach and Long Point. Just a half a mile in this neighborhood you will find an immaculate three bedroom centrally air conditioned vacation home on a secluded lot ready for you to create fond family memories. Inside is an open floor plan with cozy comfortable sofas, dining for eight with an egress to a wide deck for outdoor dining overlooking the spacious backyard. Just off the deck is a large, over-sized enclosed mahogany shower with separate showering and changing areas. There is a queen sized first floor bedroom with a bathroom of tub and shower just steps away. On the second floor the remaining two bedrooms share a hall bathroom with tub and shower. The king primary is spacious and all inviting. The third bedroom offers a double bed and a hidden "murphy" bed that easily opens to an additional double bed. Feel free to keep it closed if you would like more floor space during the day. Outside you will really enjoy the expansive green space to play any outdoor game. Off street parking for two vehicles.

Perfect MV Vacation
This is a really great place. Peaceful and quiet setting. Close to Edgartown and perfected located to head out to any part of the island. The house was very clean and well equipped. Awesome home
This home is tastefully decorated, and well equipped with everything for a great Martha’s Vineyard vacation. There were lawn chairs, towel, and linens provided, which is a plus if you are traveling by air. Nice quiet neighborhood, close to Morning Glory Farm and bike-able to Edgartown. Immaculate and Convenient
