Inside you will find two first floor bedrooms, a large open living area with a cathedral ceiling. Around the main staircase is a large fully equipped kitchen and a dining area for six which spills out to the back deck for outdoor dining as an option. On the second floor is the queen primary suite with a dressing room and large private bathroom of separate tub and shower. For those tennis buffs, there is an association tennis court for your use. If you enjoy the water, there is an area of Sengekontacket Pond where you can drop in a kayak and sail to your heart's content. If you like to cycle the bike path is across from main entrance which will take you to three more popular towns on the island. This home is approximately three miles to either the village of Edgartown or Oak Bluffs. State and South Beach are approximately four miles away. Multiple week rentals preferred.
