There is a first floor king primary suite and on the second floor another king primary suite. On the lower level is a finished family room with comfy furniture and a large flat screen tv. The sixth bedroom is in a separate guest house on the property with its own entrance and parking. It has a queen on the second floor while the first floor accommodates a full kitchen, laundry and living space with a flat screen tv. It's a short five minutes to the private Harthaven Beach. The house also includes use of the association tennis court with pickleball. Multiple week inquires encouraged.

Perfect House
Our large family spent 10 days in this amazing house. It was perfect! The views are amazing; the house pristine with easy, good looking furniture; very comfortable beds with great linens. The bathrooms are large and the towels plentiful, including beach towels. There are different places to sit as a group or alone: a large screened porch, an outdoor deck with great outdoor furniture, the living room, a lower level play / tv area open to a lush lawn, a dining area with a table for 10. The guest cottage is perfect for those (like us grandparents) who want more peace and quiet and an earlier bed time! The kitchen is really big with top tier appliances and every pan, bowl, glass, plate and cooking utensil you will ever need. Kids loved eating at the big island and grown ups gathered around it later for drinks and cooking dinner. We rented kayaks and paddled off the dock every day. We went swimming on the Hart Haven beach- lovely and kid friendly, and made quick jaunts for the donuts at the Back Door and the ice cream at Mad Martha's in Oak Bluffs. The property manager was kind, helpful and immediately available for the two questions we had during our stay. This house / location was perfect in every way.- Anonymous U , Posted: 07/30/2023
