Nikki has been working with Sandpiper Rentals for 3 years; beginning her career with Sandpiper Rentals as the Administrative Assistant, Nikki made the leap to Rental Agent Assistant in 2013.
Nikki was born and raised on Martha’s Vineyard. As a young girl, Nikki attended the Charter School before taking some time off Island and attending college. Upon her return, Nikki began working in a local hotel as a reservationist, where she honed in her outstanding customer service skills.
Having a lifelong connect with Martha’s Vineyard, Nikki is quite familiar with the island and has cultivated many wonderful relationships with island locals. Nikki enjoys taking part in community involvement such as the YMCA, and Toastmasters; these connections, along with her outstanding customer service skills help grow her ever-thriving business and help make her a stronger agent.
During her rare moments of down time, Nikki loves to go hiking with her boyfriend, James, and spend time with family and friends.

Darlene O’Neill started working with Sandpiper Rentals as a rental agent in 2010. Darlene came to Sandpiper Rentals, Inc. with a great deal of business experience and a wonderful working knowledge of Martha’s Vineyard. She previously owned and operated the Crocker House Inn located in Vineyard Haven from 1990-1999 and is glad to be back on island after ten years away. Darlene’s talents are multi-facetted with an education background in Health Education and Promotion. She stepped away from her hospitality career on the island to work in the health care field in the Boston area for ten years. Martha’s Vineyard is an island that is difficult to get out of your system and Darlene found herself yearning to come back to live and work here. She resides with her family in Edgartown with views of the Sengekontacket Pond and State Beach. Here, it is a quick commute to various interests in her life such as the YMCA, South Beach, Menemsha sunsets, Chilmark chocolates, the miles of bike paths for walking into town, Farm Neck Golf Club and numerous local restaurants for every type of fare.
