Finding your perfect vacation rental property on Martha’s Vineyard may seem like a daunting task if you have never been to the island before. Even though we are considered a small island, we have five towns with some very different flavors to each. There are also many different booking opportunities out there for vacation rentals. Driving down the wooded, rural road to this up-island property you will see the grounds and water views open up to you as you approach. Wonderful yard with lots of space for afternoon picnics, lounging on the patio and cocktails in the evening after a great day on the beach.

When entering the house, you feel the daily stresses and worries melt away. This reverse level home offers large open space on the upper floor with views of Menemsha Pond from most areas on that level. The wooden beams and stonework in the house is reminiscent of a villa in the hills of Italy.

The loft area above creates a cozy feeling in the living room away from the high ceilings in the kitchen and dining area. The large open staircase brings you down to the lower level where one can escape the activity and enjoy a good read or view a bit of television in the lounge area on the lower landing.

Enjoy the privacy of the master suite on one wing with the two guest bedrooms are on the other wing offering a private patio off of the bedrooms and a shared hall bath.
